REED Talent Solutions are seeking an experienced recruiter to join them on their Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team working on their Reed In Partnership account.

As a public service provider,Reed in Partnerships mission is to deliver services that positively transform people and their communities by supporting individuals,businesses and families,helping them to prosper – often under challenging circumstances.

As part of this elite resourcing team you will be recruiting for a variety of roles across the Reed in Partnership business. As this is an RPO there’s no need to make sales calls as there are more than enough opportunities for you to fill. Instead we need you to focus on finding the best talent possible as everyone that you recruit will go on to play a vital role within the Reed in Partnership business. 

Without your support in recruiting these essential roles there’s no way Reed In Partnership could carry on providing this vital public service and improving lives through opportunity.

Who are you?

You will have a proven track record as a specialist recruiter from either an agency,in house or RPO background.  You will understand the challenges in finding and engaging talent across a wide variety of positions. You will know what it takes to give an excellent candidate experience. Your character will reflect our core values and you will have strong stakeholder management skills in order to work with and persuade and influence a variety of personality types. You will be able to readily build strong relationships quickly across your hiring manager population and have a ‘never give up’ attitude.

 

What’s the role?

You’ll be sourcing for candidates,writing job adverts and screening applications in order to find quality candidates to fill the roles our clients send across. While you will be supporting a team of talent specialists in fulfilling our clients volume recruitment requirements,you will also be headhunting for more senior talent using various candidates databases and social media in order to fulfill our clients niche recruitment needs.

This is a fast paced role,you’ll need to source quickly so that we deliver an excellent serviced to our clients. with a focus on giving a great quality recruitment service to our clients and candidates.

Standard Full time hours are Monday – Friday,either 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm.

We are willing to consider candidates who would be interested in this role on a part time basis,however this would be at a minimum of 30 hours per week (either 6 hours per day over Monday – Friday or 4 full days at 8 hours per day).
