Reed Talent Solutions have an expanding RPO contract delivery team based at our Head Office in Northampton. The team deliver a range of outsourced recruitment needs for a variety of clients across multiple sectors. They are now recruiting for a few Talent Sourcing Specialists (Resourcers) on a fixed term contract basis until December 2020.
You’ll be supporting on the recruitment for a technical client, this will be a high volume recruitment role and will require processing candidates efficiently through the selection process, whilst ensuring you give the best candidate service and journey. You’ll be sourcing for candidates, writing job adverts and screening applications in order to find quality candidates. Whilst doing this, you could also be involved in recruiting for some technical roles and this may require more of a headhunting approach or using the candidate database and social media to fulfil the clients niche recruitment roles. You’ll be working collaboratively with your team to ensure that you fulfil the clients expectations and work to the targets and SLA’s put in place
This is a fast paced role so you’ll need to source quickly with a focus on giving a great quality recruitment service to both our clients and candidates.
Who would suit this role?
Ideally you will have a background in recruitment, but we would also be keen to speak with individuals who have strong customer service and/or target driven experience. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be confident on the phone, be able to work at a fast paced, adapt and learn quickly and most importantly, you’ll need to be a team player!
