RPO Talent Specialist

Job Role: RPO Talent Specialist 

Salary: £20,000 – £21,000  

Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton 

Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week 

Contract: Full Time, FTC May – September 2021 

What’s the role? 

Reed Talent Solutions have an expanding RPO contract delivery team based at our Head Office in Northampton, although currently working remotely until further notice. The team deliver a range of outsourced recruitment needs for a variety of clients across multiple sectors. They are now recruiting for a new Talent Specialist to support the successful team with recruitment. The role will be supporting the volume recruitment for Reed In Partnership, which are a Welfare to Work agency, specialising in supporting the unemployed back into work. 

You’ll be sourcing for candidates, screening applications and conducting and reviewing video interviews in order to find quality candidates. While you will be supporting a team of talent specialists in fulfilling our clients volume recruitment requirements, you will have sole responsibility for the fulfilment across specific locations or intakes, this is inclusive of all candidate compliance (vetting, RTW etc). 

This is a fast paced role so you’ll need to source quickly with a focus on giving a great quality recruitment service to both our clients and candidates. 

The role will be supporting the volume recruitment for Reed In Partnership, which are a Welfare to Work agency, specialising in supporting the unemployed back into work. You will be sourcing, interviewing and processing successful candidates to go into Employment Advisor roles across the North East of the UK. 


Who would suit this role? 

Ideally you will have a background in customer service and be used to working in a fast paced environment with a desire to succeed. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be confident on the phone, be able to work at a fast paced, adapt and learn quickly and most importantly, you’ll need to be a team player!
