Salary £27k-£33k per annum (depending on experience)

The Role

  • Work closely with the Management team and Marketing Consultant as part of our small sales team, understanding prospective candidates’ education level, commitments, motivations, needs, interests and goals so as to promote and sell relevant courses and qualifications
  • Provide high quality information and excellent customer service to enable prospective candidates to make an informed choice regarding their preferred learning style and appropriate programme
  • Play an important role in seeking out and developing our B2B offering to corporate clients. Identify new B2B opportunities including tenders, producing detailed quotations and proposals as required
  • Take inbound calls, reply to email, make follow up calls to enquiries promptly. Update prospect leads using SalesForce on a daily basis
  • Ensure that monthly and annual Sales KPIs are met
  • Maintain our excellent track record of converting leads to sales by maximising bookings and enrolments and through outstanding relationship building and management
  • Contribute to developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy, plans and campaigns
  • Develop and maintain an awareness of key competitors, their offerings and changes to the market in which the company operates
  • Provide required management information in a timely manner
