Senior HR Advisor
Reed Specialist Recruitment are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their established team in Northampton.
Location – Northampton,with regular travel to other locations throughout the UK
We are looking for a proactive and business focussed individual to join our HR team on a full time permanent basis. Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner,you will be results focused and with demonstrable commercial awareness.
The role will be responsible for the delivery of HR across defined specialisms / divisions,and will operate as part of a flexible central HR operations team supporting other areas of the business as and when required.
The main focus of this role is to provide employee relations advice on areas such as performance management,absence,disciplinary,grievance and flexible working for both our permanent Co-Members and temporary workforce. As you will work across specified business units within RSR,experience of working in a multi-site environment,together with the ability to deal with remotely based managers,will be advantageous.
Using tailored management information,you will be able to measure business progress against key performance indicators which will help to improve employee productivity,retention and turnover. You may also be required to undertake ad-hoc HR related projects.
You will need to be extremely well organised and IT literate,and attention to detail is critical due to the nature of the work. You can expect to be challenged,so we are looking for a proactive individual who is confident with face to face meetings and delivering presentations.
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent qualification,and will either be working towards,or have gained,your CIPD accreditation.
