As part of our continued growth plans, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Manager to join our team, with a focus on winning new MSP, RPO and consultancy solutions into Central Government departments, agencies and public bodies.
About the role:
The Senior Solutions Manager will use their extensive market knowledge and established network, working with clients across Central Government departments, agencies and public bodies to identify new business opportunities for Reed. This should include but not be limited to MSP, RPO, talentpool programmes, staff banks, HR consultancy, integrated services procurement and SOW programmes.
You will develop long term strategic relationships with all levels of stakeholders within prospective customers, positioning Reed Talent Solutions as a thought leader. You will be tasked to identify new opportunities, develop and shape solutions, and influence buying behaviours and decisions. The role will also be responsible for delivering against reactive requirements notified through existing relationship channels, public sector portals or existing framework relationships, for example, MSTAR, YPO and CCS.
The Solutions Manager will lead all aspects of bids including client engagement, solution design, commercial and legal negotiations as well as working closely with the bid team to produce tender responses and proposals.
You will engage directly with the market to provide thought leadership through activities such as delivering key note addresses at events, delivering webinars, authoring white papers and undertaking extensive networking activities.
