The Shared Service Centre (SSC) based in central Northampton provides key central support to REED’s clients through two key services, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and as a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Over 100 Co-Members are employed within the SSC to deliver bespoke recruitment solutions which are tailored and unique to each individual client and forms part of the Reed Specialist Recruitment head office situated on Derngate – so it’s ideal if you are looking for a job in Northampton town centre.

Permanent salaries range from £18,000 with a 10% bonus to £21,000 with a 15% bonus. The lower end will be for MSP Coordinator roles working core shifts of 8am – 5pm and 9am – 6pm, but the upper end will be for Workforce Planning Executives working a mix of core shifts, early shifts, late shifts and weekends. We also have a range of other roles that fit somewhere in-between.
