Running an effective recruitment drive can put pressure on internal recruitment teams. Our white collar RPO service aims to use our expertise and manage this process for our clients. We can manage the full end-to-end recruitment process or just one part, such as candidate assessment or on-boarding, positioning each of our clients’ organisation to attract, select and retain the best talent within the market.
Our MSP service aims to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of pulling requirements from clients, the preferred vendors submitting candidate’s on-time, the successful on-boarding of selected candidates and the ongoing management of temporary workers placed. The central MSP operation is able to leverage quick access to local markets through REED’s vast office network, acting as a single point of contact regardless of where a vacancy may be located, and thus ensuring consistency in the service being delivered nationally. We recruit for a vast array of roles within the Banking and Social Care & Housing sectors as well as supporting Public Sector organisations such as councils, local authorities and police forces.
