We are recruiting for a Solutions Manager who will work across the Reed Talent Solutions product portfolio and Reed Specialist Recruitment divisions,delivering significant and profitable new business wins within the NHS Sector,focusing on the North and Midlands geographical areas.

What is this role?

 

The Solutions Manager will work across the Reed Talent Solutions product portfolio and Reed Specialist Recruitment divisions,delivering significant and profitable new business wins within the NHS Sector,focusing on the North and Midlands geographical areas.

 

The Solutions Manager will be targeted on identifying and winning new business opportunities with clients in this sector via Managed Service (MSP),Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO),Staff Bank and Consultancy Services in addition to Sole/ Lead supply contracts.  This will be achieved through engaging with passive and active client stakeholders to develop relationships that identify,develop and gain new or additional business for the company. In developing the relationships with key stakeholders,HR Directors,Procurement Managers and other Senior Directors the Business Development Manager will gain trusted status as a specialist in resourcing solutions offering expert knowledge and consultancy designed to directly address and influence clients thought processes.

 

Work includes responding to formal tender processes and developing bespoke proposals.  Using their networking and research skills,the Business Development Manager will ensure that they are seen as an expert in the NHS market both by clients and within the Reed internal network.

Who would suit this role?

 

We are looking for someone with a proven and demonstrable track record in securing multiple high-value contracts ideally in managed,outsourced or consultancy programmes. You will also have experience in public sector business development and solution design in managed and outsourced programmes.

 

You will need to be the type of person who is able to attain a trusted advisor status with client contacts at all levels,have market and/or specialist product knowledge,be an excellent and persuasive communicator at all levels,be able to see beyond the ‘top line’ of a contract and understand the complex drivers that ensure profitability,and have the capability to develop a strong ‘network’ within the industry.
