Who are you?
You will have a proven track record as a a recruiter,you will understand the challenges in finding and engaging talent across a wide variety of positions. You will know what it takes to give an excellent candidate experience. Your character will reflect our core values and you will have strong stakeholder management skills in order to work with and persuade and influence a variety of personality types. You will be able to readily build strong relationships quickly across your hiring manager population and have a ‘never give up’ attitude.
Your home office location will be in our Northampton Head Office,with travel required.
