REED are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their expanding team in Northampton or London.

Based: Northampton with regular travel to Reed Online
Salary: competitive salary,plus excellent bonus earning potential
Contract: full time and 6 month fixed term contract

What is the role?

This job contributes to the hiring of candidates within Product & Tech for Reed Online. The Product & Tech teams are going through a period of rapid growth and transformation and this role will support the recruitment for this.

The role of a Talent Acquisition Partner is to be the face of REED and,therefore,you will need to be warm,friendly and professional. You will need to know how to position REED as an employer of choice through compelling attraction messages,as well as outstanding communication skills. Our team based in Northampton source and assess candidates wanting to work for REED and then introduce the very best to our hiring managers.

Our team understand that they are the pivotal relationship builder with our candidates and our hiring managers and that through high energy and fantastic communication and listening skills,they are able to deliver an excellent service. Every candidate must have the best experience of applying to REED and your role is pivotal to this great service.

Working in a direct team of 3,you will be part of a friendly,hard-working group who are passionate about the support we give. This is a fast paced role,often demanding and pressurised,but most of all rewarding and fun. You will be recruiting for a wide array of Product & Tech roles,so you must be a versatile recruiter.

The Person

Recruitment for technology would be beneficial but not essential. Previous recruitment experience is essential.

You will be confident,warm,persuasive,and committed to service excellence and living our Core Values. This role is part of our HR Department and,as such,you must be able to operate discreetly,as you may have access to sensitive information during the course of your work. You will need to be highly organised,a great team player to fit in with a friendly and supportive team and have a relentless focus on achieving targets.
