Reed Talent Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an experience Resourcer or Recruiter to join our expanding Contract Delivery Team based in Bristol.
Job Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Wine Street,Bristol
Contract: Reed Talent Solutions
Salary: from £22,000 up to £26,000 dependent on experience plus excellent bonus earning potential of roughly £5,000 – £10,000 in year 1 and roughly £10,000 – £20,000 in year 2
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
Contract: Full time,Fixed Term Contract until March 2020 (this may go perm)
What the role looks like:
Consultancy+ are Reed’s Professional Services and Consultancy Business. We deliver projects across IT,Transformation & Change,Finance,Remediation,Care and HR across both the public and private sector. We currently have a broad range of clients and are delivering between 20 and 30 projects of varying size at any one time.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing and building a candidate pool of specialist contractors ranging from £150 per day upwards,ready to deploy when new projects have been won by Consultancy+. You will be ensuring that these candidates are fully vetted and compliant to work. You will sit within the Talent Professionals team who are experts in the candidate market and source the best talent for our clients. We deliver a world class service and are market leading in managed services contracts.

What makes a good Talent Acquisition Specialist?
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in recruitment role at either a Resourcer or Consultant level,or upwards. You will need to have proven experience of sourcing candidates and building talent pools in any sector both in-house or externally.
You will need to be a strong communicator with a clear ability to collaborate with clients,candidates and other co-members across the REED network. Furthermore,you must be resilient to challenges,have a willingness to learn and a desire to succeed.
