Reed Talent Solutions are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive business development within our Reed Secure division.

Job Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Business Development)

Location: Prudential Building,5-19 Wine Street,Bristol,BS1 2PH

Contract: Reed Talent Solutions

Salary: £21,000 up to £28,000 dependent on experience plus excellent bonus earning potential of roughly £5,000 – £10,000 in year 1 and roughly £10,000 – £20,000 in year 2

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm 

Contract: Full time and Permanent


The role – What does the Talent Acquisition Specialist role look like?


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist,your role will focus on business development which includes growing the client base within the Defence,Aerospace,Nuclear,Aviation,Government & Policing sectors,selling temporary and contract solutions. This will involve attending client meetings,understanding the client requirements by becoming an expert in the relevant area and delivering a world-class service that exceeds the expectations of your client.


As well as business development,you will also need to attract candidates to these roles. You will work with your Talent Sourcing Specialist to create appealing job advertisements,design attraction campaigns and utilise job boards,CV databases and social media platforms to fill your requirements. Your role will also involve organising registration events to manage high volume orders.

  • Experience of working in a recruitment role,with a proven track record of being able to deliver results,analyse information and create solutions.
  • Strong sales ethos,but mainly be comfortable developing and growing strong client relationships.
  • Strong communicator with a clear ability to collaborate with clients,candidates and other co-members across the REED network.
  • You must be resilient to challenges,have a willingness to learn and a desire to succeed.
