Talent Business Partner

The Professional Contracts team within Reed Talent Solutions are looking for a Talent Business Partner is to manage the end to end process for directly refereed candidates to one of our large banking clients. You will be proactively engaging with the referred community to build strong and lasting relationships.

The Role – What does the Talent Business Partner role look like?

 

The Professional Contracts teams provides an end to end Professional Contractor Recruitment service to REED Talent Solutions strategic accounts. The role of the Talent Business Partner is to manage the end to end process for directly refereed candidates to one of Reed Talent Solutions banking clients and proactively engage with the referred community to build strong and lasting relationships.

 

You will work with the Talent OnBoarding administrators to create the best possible journey for directly supplied candidates and hiring managers,be the main point of contact for any hiring manager wishing to bring on a referred candidate,support with screening tasks,facilitate the first day for new contractors,follow up on leads generated though relationships developed and you will also arrange networking events and social events for the contractor community.

 

Essentially your role will be around ensuring we are meeting our contractual obligations with clients and contractors based at our global banking client.

The Person – What makes a good Talent Business Partner?

 

To be successful in this role you will need the following experience and skills:

  • GCSE Maths and English qualifications (or equivalent) at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience of volume and/or senior/specialist operational resourcing
  • Previous experience of developing relationships at a senior level.
  • Previous experience of working in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing environment would be highly desirable
  • PC literate in packages including Word,Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrating a willingness to learn new IT based systems would be advantageous
