Reed Talent Solutions are looking to bring on board a new Talent Delivery Specialist to join our existing and established team.
Job Role: Talent Delivery Specialist
Location: 5 – 19 Wine Street,Bristol,BS1 2PH
Contract: Reed Talent Solutions – Service Delivery Contracts Team
Salary: £20,000 – £26,000 depending on previous recruitment related experience,plus excellent bonus earning potential per 4 week period and quarterly
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

The Role – What does the Talent Delivery Specialist role look like?
The Contracts Delivery Team provides an end to end temporaries Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service. As part of this,you and your team will be fulfilling client’s temporary’s recruitment requirements across two of our established contracts with a financial services company and a not for profit organisation.
You will be managing the client and supplier relationships and providing updates to clients around the successful fulfilment of their requirements to agreed SLA’s. You will create bookings on appropriate databases and record data,manage candidate attraction via job boards,source CVs and fully screen candidates before sending them to the relevant hiring manager.
You will also co-ordinate interviews and assessment centres for hiring managers,obtain and provide feedback throughout the interview process and negotiate job offers with clients and candidates.
The Person – What makes a good Talent Delivery Specialist?
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong recruiter who enjoys managing a client and the candidate attraction side to recruitment.
The ideal person will have:
Experience in a recruitment environment,however there is no sales or business development involved and you will only be servicing outsourced recruitment contracts
We would also be keen to speak to any
Excellent PC Skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Be numerate and detail conscious.
You will need to have GCSE Maths and English or equivalent (grade C or above)
