Due to continued growth,Reed Secure are now recruiting for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join this expanding team recruiting into the security cleared market.

The Role – What does the Talent Sourcing Specialist role look like?
Reed Talent Solutions are in the process of growing a brand new business area which will focus on growing the client base within the Ex Police and Security Cleared markets,selling temporary and contract solutions.
The purpose of the Talent Sourcing Specialists role is to accept responsibility for supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialists in sourcing high calibre candidates to fill current and potential roles from clients.
The Talent Sourcing Specialist will cover all aspects of the recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates via internal job boards,accurately analysing job descriptions in order to identify key aspects of the job requirements and match against a large volume of CVs and also conducting telephone screening interviews to qualify candidates for relevant roles.
The Person – What makes a good Talent Sourcing Specialist?
- Resourcing experience
- Strong PC Skills – MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation
You will need to have a GCSE in Maths and English Grade A-C
