Salary: £18,000 – £19,000 dependent on previous level of experience,plus £4,000 inner London weighting,plus bonus earning potential
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

What the role looks like:
The Contracts Delivery Team provides an end to end temporaries Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service to one of Reed Talent Solutions brand new contract wins. As part of this RPO,you and your team will be fulfilling the client’s temporary recruitment requirements across the London Borough of Islington. The purpose of the Talent Sourcing Specialists role is to accept responsibility for supporting the Talent Delivery Specialists in sourcing high calibre candidates to fill current and potential roles from clients.
The Talent Sourcing Specialist will cover all aspects of the recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates via internal job boards,accurately analysing job descriptions in order to identify key aspects of the job requirements and match against a large volume of CVs and also conducting telephone screening interviews to qualify candidates for relevant roles.
What makes a good Talent Sourcing Specialist?
You will have previous experience of working in a customer or client facing role in a process driven environment. Experience of working in administration or in a call centre environment would also be desirable. We would also be keen to speak to anyone with some level of recruitment experience but this is not essential and we welcome applications from individuals looking for their first step in to recruitment.
You will need to have a good level of education and be proficient in the use of a range of computer packages such as MS Excel and MS Word. You must have strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation. You must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills,be numerate and detail conscious.
