Team Manager

Liverpool Accountancy is a branch that has great potential for further growth. Liverpool RA has made positive steps forward in recent months and now boasts three Senior Consultants within the team. Are you ready to take it to the next level? 

Operating across Merseyside and Warrington the business has a large and diverse client base that are enhanced and supported by a strong network of local RSR businesses. Historically there has been a strong foundation of temp clients to give a great pedestal to achieving monthly and annual budgets and ultimately success. Your challenge is to support a thriving and efficient team that will cover the full 360 recruitment cycle and smash the revenue and activity targets. 100% revenue growth is the target,the team and commercial opportunity is set to deliver this.

We will help you achieve your aims and objectives by supporting you with the right tools,data,environment & strategy to do the job. This branch belongs in the top ten of Reed Accountancy & we need you; a strong business developer,a hands on recruiter to manage the commercial functions of the branch.

You may be a Senior or Executive Consultant who has completed the Reed Management Academy,or a current Team Manager ready for that next step into a larger commercial operation. Additionally you will become an important member of the RA North management team.
