Team Manager

Reeds Farringdon Accountancy has historically always had one of the biggest temps desk within the division,with temp billings in excess of £500K. Due to one of our Senior Executive Recruitment consultant leaving for a new challenge. We are now looking at a recruiting a team leader to drive this team back to its historic highs. 

 

 

 

What’s in it for you?

  • You would be taking over a red hot desk in which over £220k has been billed for the last two years.
  • Responsible for the growth and development of two enthusiastic and hardworking future stars of the business,to drive the team on to team billings of circa £500K (which of course is bonused against).
  • Working in the heart of Central London in one of Reeds newest and brightest offices.
  • Working in one of the top branches within the network that has been in the top 3 Accountancy branches for the last 3 years.
  • Working within a team of Senior Executive and Executive consultants who are interested in the development of the team around them.
  • Full Management Training and Development provided

We are looking for someone with a recent proven track record in B2B temporary recruitment who is ambitious for the challenges ahead and looking to progress.

The correct candidate must be driven to succeed whilst at the same time being a team player looking to be a part of a successful team. Management experience is not required as full training will be given to the right candidate.
