The Team Manager is also expected to produce monthly management information reports to detail
the activity and performance of Recruitment Consultants in their office. The Team Manager must
analyse and interpret financial statements to fully understand how their branch is performing and
identify ways in which a higher level of performance could be achieved.Within a Reed Specialist Recruitment office,it is also the responsibility of all of the team including the Team Manager,to identify issues that may impact on service delivery and to take action to address these or escalate them appropriately. In addition,the Team Manager should continually review the effectiveness and efficiency of procedures and systems used throughout the recruitment process and where appropriate,make recommendations in relation to how these may be improved.
The Team Manager should always work within best practice guidelines and set an example for all
Co-Members to follow in terms of service delivery,creativity,performance,networking and the
development and sustainment of professional relationships.
