Job Title: Agile Technical Analyst,Product & Technology  
Reporting to: Lead Business Analyst
Direct Reports: None
Location: Dragon Court,London

Overview

Working with delivery teams to understand the technical,feature,user and business requirement detail for our future developments to enable Reed to deliver highly valuable and quality digital products with 4 key focuses:

  • Researching and analysing potential software development solutions to improve efficiency
  • Evaluating risks and predicting potential problems
  • Robust documentation through user stories,tasks and tickets
  • Collaboration with developers and stakeholders 

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with a team of Product Owners,other Business Analysts and Developers to produce a clear and well documented output of project or programme requirements
  • Develop close stakeholder relationships to understand the business need and being able to analyse the feedback and information given and provide solutions.
  • Being able to adapt to different projects
  • Understanding the technology stacks that developers use in web and mobile product development e.g. querying and API (RESTful) and analyzing JSON responses to map back out to a UI 

Skills and Experience

  • Experience as a Technical Analyst / Agile TA within an Agile / Scrum environment
  • Skilled at creating user stories and acceptance criteria using iterative planning techniques
  • Ability to facilitate communications between multiple diverse stakeholders
  • Flexible and pragmatic,yet able to push back when necessary
  • Knowledge of relational database (RDBMS) - SQL
  • A solid understanding of Software Development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • A Developer background would be highly beneficial - preferably C#
  • RESTful API documentation
