Charlie Norman, Team Manager

I started on a temporary contract for Reed Talent Solutions, I was then successful in my application for Team Leader where I went on to win the Team Leader of the Year award. In 2014, I finished the Reed Management Academy and joined the Business Support branch in January 2015. Since then I have hit Senior, Executive and Senior Executive Consultant and became the branch Team Manager in January 2016. I have had two mentors during my time with REED, this has allowed me to discuss areas for development and different career avenues I could explore. REED is a great company to work for, they offer fantastic benefits and always reward good performance. I feel very proud to say I work for REED, I am fully engaged in what we stand for, our values and our mission.
