£20,000-26,000 per annum – plus uncapped commission

We’re looking for an aspiring or experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful REED Leicester office as a temporaries recruitment consultant, within our Education division!

So what does a Recruitment Consultant do?
This is a varied and challenging role requiring someone resilient and determined to succeed. You will be interacting with business clients and prospective candidates on a daily basis and using your own initiative to gain new business. Day to day the role includes:
- Targeted business development, including making outbound calls
- Attending meetings with business clients
- Sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
- Working to targets and KPIs
Due to unprecedented growth this academic year we are looking for an additional Recruitment Consultant to join our Education Team. The team are currently in a period of expansion and we are looking for someone who is a self-starter and has bags of personality and desire to be a winner! You will be working with a very experienced team and be developing an existing geographical area which already has a number of key clients. You will receive full support and guidance in this role and a clear succession plan will be mapped from day 1.
Could I be a good fit for this role?
You don’t need Recruitment experience to be a Recruitment Consultant, but you do need the right attitude and motivation to be succeed. You may also be particularly suitable if you feel you possess some of the following skills and attributes
