Reed London HR Commerce and Industry are seeking a talented, driven, and ambitious individual whether an experienced Recruitment Consultant or alternatively someone with no recruitment experience to join our friendly and hardworking team.
You will be working in an established and high achieving team who are looking to achieve 70% growth on last year, with 3 of the team achieving promotions in the last year.
You will be recruiting for Senior HR positions across the whole of London for the private sector recruiting for a wide variety of positions from traditional HR roles.
What are we looking for?
You will possess exceptional networking skills, resilience and determination, you will be a naturally positive person, possess great ambition and drive and if you have sales/recruitment experience then you will also be a pro at extracting job opportunities from clients. You will be based in our Stratford office but must be happy networking with our other offices across London as well as visiting clients on a regular basis. I am also looking for someone who will be a friendly and welcoming team player, who would like to develop a career with Reed and someone who embraces new working ways and continuous development (every day is a school day – there is always something to be learned). If you have experience working in the London market recruiting HR professionals this would be an added advantage but definitely not essential as we can provide all the training. The hours are 8-5 or 9-6 but if you are the type of person that doesn’t mind putting in extra to achieve results then you could be the right person for this role.
