Temporaries Recruitment Consultant
Following the contract win for the Master Vendor supply of all staff within 97 Tower Hamlet schools, Reed Education have vacancies based in Stratford, East London, for 2 Temporaries Consultants.
This contract is worth circa £3,300,000 Net Income per annum (if all 97 schools are engaged) and circa £1.2m Net Income per annum based on the schools currently signed in. The aim will be to focus on these 30 schools and develop the remaining 67 once we have the right fill rate in place within the original 30 schools.
You will be working on a fast paced temps desk and, therefore, experience of similar would be highly advantageous. This role will include same-day daily vacancies to fill as well as longer term vacancies which will require full job management. There will also be a requirement to work roles which are hard to fill, these will require advanced candidate sourcing skills.
This will be a busy and exciting role requiring a team to quickly establish a strong database and pipeline of Teachers and support staff to fulfil the demands of the schools within this contract. Strong client relationship management skills are required to ensure that REED fulfil the contract potential.
The ideal candidates must have a strong background in temporary recruitment and, desirably, a good understanding of the Education Sector.
We will consider applicants who may be based in other local locations to Stratford however the requirement to work from Stratford for part of the week and to be able to get to Stratford at short notice is essential.
Please note that our working hours are Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
