Base location: REED Northampton, Charles House, 61-69 Derngate, Northampton, NN1 1UE (however we will be relocating to our brand new offices at Brackmills in the summer of 2020)
Contract: Full time and Permanent
Shifts: Working 5 out of 7 days of the week including weekdays and weekends. Weekend shifts will be allocated on a rota basis and you will know 4 weeks in advance. You will work a minimum of 1 weekend in 4 (Sat/Sun/both days) but you will be required for more especially during busy periods. You will be entitled to 1 or 2 days off during the week whenever you work weekend shifts.
Hours: Hours will include a mix of 8am – 5pm, 9am – 6pm, 6am – 3pm and 2pm – 11pm. If you work a late shift of 2pm – 11pm, then you will only need to work 10am – 6pm the following day to compensate.
The Role – What does the Workforce Planning Executive role look like?
Reed Talent Solutions deliver outsourced recruitment contracts for a range of clients in the public and private sector. One of these clients include the Royal Mail, where REED have set up a joint venture with the Royal Mail called Angard Staffing, and we deliver casual workers for temporary staffing solutions. As a Workforce Planning Executive you’ll be tasked with coordinating the deployment of candidates into shifts. We’re offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, busy environment with regular incentives and fun events.
You’ll be taking inbound calls from the client and candidates, taking note of how many shifts are released by them and then coordinating ready-to-go candidates into their vacancies. This is a fast paced role, you’ll need to move quickly in order to maintain the excellent levels of customer service which are so important to our clients and candidates.
