Reed Business School
A “home away from home” for REED Co-Members…
Watch the video to hear from some of our trainers who work at the Business School, as well as delegates on training, to see what they feel and think about coming here for work and learning.
All Co-Members joining Reed Specialist Recruitment, especially those new to the recruitment industry, experience training at The Manor; often spending 2-3 nights in accommodation either within the Manor itself, or at any of the number of the residential suites around the village.
All meals are provided during your stay, with a variety of home-cooked meals prepared by our team of in-house chefs, and all dietary requirements catered for.

Reed Business School is a dedicated training facility owned by the REED group and is situated in Little Compton in the picturesque Cotswolds (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, AONB). Affectionately known by REED Co-Members by its building name, ‘The Manor’, the grandiose building and gardens have recorded histories back as far as the 11th Century.
In addition to being used as an external training facility for accountancy students, the Reed Business School is home to Reed Specialist Recruitment’s (RSR) in-house Learning & Development team, who take the lead on making sure REED remains an industry leader when it comes to staff training. Courses delivered at the Manor range from Essential Recruitment Skills (ERS) for new starters, up to our coveted Management Academy.
With a constant flow of recruitment trainees, accountancy students and other Co-Members (such as graduates on their Graduate Training Scheme induction), our extensive buildings and grounds at the Reed Business School need constant management and maintenance; which is why we employ an excellent core team of staff which includes roles such as building managers, chefs, gardeners and more.
