As a new Consultant or Resourcer joining RSR, we offer either a Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer NVQ, or a Level 3 Recruitment Consultant NVQ. Both routes will result in a full 12 month apprenticeship which gives you the opportunity to achieve an accredited qualification that equips you with quality skills, knowledge and competence to be successful, boosting your career prospects, both short and long-term.

Are you looking for a new opportunity?
Broadly speaking the role will involve finding and speaking with Technology Led Candidates around the Essex area. You will sustain existing client relationships as well as developing new business and expanding your professional network.
Day to day tasks will include:
- Writing adverts
- Email marketing
- Speaking on the phone with IT consultants
- Arranging Interviews
- Closing Deals
Ideally looking for someone from a experienced sales back ground as this is a new desk and a lot of client development will be needed for the overall success of the desk.
