Workforce Planning Executive
Hours – Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm OR 9am – 6pm)
Rate – £10p/h – initial 6 week term, with the possibility for extension.
Location – Central Northampton – a short walk from the Town Centre in Derngate
This role supports the large volume of mail deliveries and helps to ensure everyone gets their cards in time for the festive break!
You will be responsible for keeping a pool of candidates up to date with available work, allocating shifts to them on a daily or weekly basis, ensuring that all candidates are compliant with their eligibility to work and able to attend work.
As you can imagine, it’s a busy and fun role and time just flies when you’re dealing with all queries.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic, organised communicators who love nothing more than working in a busy fast-paced role and clearly, you will need to be good on the phone.
Important elements to this job are:
- Being able to work to targets and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have worked or can work in a process driven role
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience of handling customer feedback is desirable but not essential
- PC Literate – we use spreadsheets to track some of the information you will work with and so you must have some experience of MS Excel
- Excellent telephone manner of course and strong customer service skills as you will speak to hiring managers as well as candidates working for us on a daily basis
- Great team player – we like to help each other out
- Driven to succeed and deliver
- Resilient and adaptable – it is busy and so you need to be ready to get stuck in

Please also be aware that as this role supports the Christmas rush of mail delivery – we do want everyone to get their cards on time – therefore, we do not allow annual leave in November and December for this team.
Recruitment Coordinator (MSP)
- Full time, Permanent
- Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm OR 9am – 6pm)
- £18,000 + 10% bonus earning potential (£1800)
What’s a MSP Coordinator?
You’ll be speaking to Reed’s clients on a daily basis and assessing their recruitment requirements. Once you’ve understood their needs, you’ll be coordinating the recruitment process with different agencies in order to fill their needs. This is a fast paced role, you’ll need to move quickly in order to maintain the excellent levels of customer service which are so important to our clients and suppliers.
Prior recruitment experience is absolutely not required to be successful within this role however a strong background in customer service and an excellent telephone manor is highly desirable.
You will need to be able to confidently deal with and interview high volumes of queries every day and key to your role will be ensuring that in each and every instance our clients continue to receive the high levels of customer service and efficiency they have come to expect as standard.

What will you be doing?
You will be part of the Recruitment team who are responsible for supporting the Recruitment function.
This is a structured and process-driven role, which includes the processing of applications, booking candidates into recruitment sessions, making their id badge, creating them onto an in house system to ensure they get paid. Complaint handling both by phone and email and answering queries via telephone and email.
You will be working to targets and service level agreements with full support and training within the team.
