Recruitment Coordinator

Reed Talent Solutions in Northampton are looking for a Resourcing Coordinator to join their dynamic and expanding team. 

What’s a Resourcing Coordinator?

You’ll be supporting a team who manage high volume recruitment for one of our national contracts. You’ll be coordinating large numbers of candidates on a daily basis,booking them into recruitment sessions,sending out contracts and administering ID badges. All candidates need to meet high level securing and vetting requirements so great attention to detail is a mustYou’ll also need a strong focus on customer service as our candidates deserve a good experience as they move through the recruitment process.

This role is a 12 month FTC to cover mat leave. The purpose is 2 fold,to manage the clinical complaints process for REED temporary workers undertaking assignments at Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust and provide management and support of the 9 support agencies that feed in to the contract.
