The Shared Service Centre based in central Northampton provides key central support to REED’s clients through two key services, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and as a Managed Service Provider (MSP).

The Shared Service Centre employs over 100 Co-Members to deliver bespoke recruitment solutions which are tailored and unique to each individual client.

The SSC forms part of the Reed Specialist Recruitment head office situated on Derngate - so it's ideal if you are looking for a job in Northampton town centre.

Are you an experienced recruiter who’s fallen out of love with chasing down leads and cold calling?

If so,have you considered a career within RPO?

Reed Talent Solutions RPO Team in Northampton are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join them as their newest Talent Partner!

£22,000 to £27,000 depending on level of relevant recruitment/industry experience + 20% first year bonus earning potential (total potential first year OTE £32,400)

Location flexible,however successful candidate will need to work from Northampton a minimum of 2 days per week as required for the first 6-12months – possible more depending on business needs.

Joining an RPO team means no need to make sales calls as the contracts have already been won – instead you’ll be able to focus on the parts of recruitment that you love the most,building strong relationships with your clients and sourcing THE BEST talent to suit their needs.

You will have a proven track record as a recruiter with experience within a specialist recruitment sector (i.e. technology,finance,healthcare,etc). You will understand the challenges in finding and engaging talent across a wide variety of positions. This is a fast paced role,you’ll need to source quickly so that we deliver an excellent serviced to our clients. with a focus on giving a great quality recruitment service to our clients and candidates.

RPO Talent Manager

As RPO Team Manger you will be taking responsibility for providing strategic direction to your team in order to ensure fill rates and targets are met and exceeded. 

We will be looking for you to help develop innovative candidate sourcing methods and generate revenue by ensuring the RPO team are able to source appropriate candidates for their clients. 

We also need you to recognise opportunities for business development within client organisations and develop strong relationships with key contacts in order to ensure continuous growth and client confidence.

  • Significant operational resourcing experience,with the ideal candidate likely to have held a similar position within RPO service provider or an in-house resourcing role.
  • Delivery experience of complex resourcing solutions across a demanding client base.
  • Experience of both volume and specialist resourcing including; attraction strategy design and delivery (online and offline),employer brand proposition development,pre-employment candidate screening,response handling.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience of a similar position within a service provider Field.
  • High attention to detail,IT literacy and the ability to track and record performance.
