The Shared Service Centre based in central Northampton provides key central support to REED’s clients through two key services, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and as a Managed Service Provider (MSP).

The Shared Service Centre employs over 100 Co-Members to deliver bespoke recruitment solutions which are tailored and unique to each individual client.

The SSC forms part of the Reed Specialist Recruitment head office situated on Derngate - so it's ideal if you are looking for a job in Northampton town centre.

MSP Team Leader

REED: Northampton are seeking a Team Leader to join their management team,working with one of our highest profile clients. 

What is the role? 

To put it simply – as a Team Leader you’ll be making sure that all recruitment co-ordination runs smoothly on your account.

You will be working alongside consultants with a passion for ensuring their clients receive nothing less than service excellence.Your customer service experience will prove invaluable to our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team – who you will be working closely with – and you will be relied upon to provide detailed and accurate Management Information (MI) that will ensure the successful running of this account.

Working in accordance with processes and procedures established by your client,you will also be accountable for ensuring that all of the administration and data management tasks associated with the effective management of an outsourced recruitment contract are completed to the required standard.

Key Accountabilities –

  • Manage the delivery of Service Excellence for your account.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of contractual requirements across your account
  • Pro-actively challenge working practices to ensure the most efficient and effective processes are in place.
  • Deliver against the time,cost and quality expectations.
  • Maintain a reward based culture to reinforce the achievement of SLA and KPI targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage a small team of co-ordinators (currently a team of 2)

What are we looking for? 

The successful candidate will have a background in either recruitment,customer services or similar high volume recruitment solutions as the role will require a hands on approach and would suit an individual from a recruitment background who is looking to step up into their first management position or move away from sales.
