I began my career with REED as a Permanents Consultant. Two years later I made the switch to a Temporaries Consultant and I’ve never looked back! In the two years since I have had four internal promotions, and an increase of £5k to my basic salary! I have been rewarded for all my achievements in other ways too such as a trip to York Races for being in the Elite Club in my division!
REED has provided excellent training opportunities to help me achieve my successes through courses such as the REED Recruitment Academy (which included a celebration ceremony in Birmingham) and the excellent Management Academy; the training from which I will value for life. As a result of this training and my increased confidence, I will be soon taking responsibility for the development of a Junior Desk Partner whom I hope to coach to be as successful (if not better) than me!

We’re looking for an aspiring or experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful REED Leicester office as a temporaries recruitment consultant, within our Education division!
We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Education Team in Leeds. The team are currently in a period of expansion and so we are looking for someone to work alongside our existing consultants and develop a new area. You will be working alongside a very experienced and successful consultant who will act as a mentor. They will help you grow as a consultant and develop new business.
We have a number of highly successful consultants in the area and an extremely supportive management team, all of which who have worked their way up from being consultants. We pride ourselves on developing and supporting new consultants.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for generating new business, sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process for both clients and candidates. Additionally you will need to develop existing relationships in order to expand our current business levels. Full training will be given including 3 recruitment qualifications in the first year.
