Our central support office building in Raynes Park (near Wimbledon) is home to roughly 200 support staff, working across Credit Control and our IT Infrastructure teams, including Java, Oracle and Microsoft applications.
Raynes Park is also home to Co-Members working in a range of other support teams such as Payroll, Tax, and Property.

Reed Specialist Recruitment are looking for a Unified Communications Product Owner to join their team based in Raynes Park, South West London.
The Unified Communications Product Owner will be an expert in the management, administration and architecture of Exchange Online services, Azure Active Directory and Teams and will ensure that the configuration, maintenance and integration of these services fall in-line with industry best practice and Microsoft guidance. The UC Product Owner will ensure that REED Co-Members are able to communicate with their teams, clients, candidates and partners effectively, securely and in compliance with REED standards. They will provide expert advice and guidance to the Digital Workplace management team to help make informed decisions on service delivery, continuous improvement and the overarching success of the Digital Workplace. They will provide leadership and mentorship to technical consultants in the team and architectural guidance in the form of proactive consulting for value-add business solutions.
- Reporting into the Head of Digital Workplace, the Unified Communications Product Owner will be responsible for Exchange Online, Teams (Conferencing) and Azure Active Directory within Reed’s Digital Workplace.
