Position: Recruitment Consultant – Reed Education, Preston
Salary: £21,000-£30,000 – plus uncapped commission

In Preston our main focus is managing the “Supply Services to Schools” contract with Lancashire County Council, which we have run together with the Council for 19 years. What does the role entail?
Maintaining and developing business from existing schools and converting schools that don’t use to ‘users’. High volumes of phone based sales calls. Your desk will grow and develop from high levels of activity which is the cornerstone of this role. You will be expected to attend client meetings and convert non users to active clients and interview and grow your pool of candidates. KPI targets will be set and audit and compliance requirements must be met working in the education sector.
