The Compliance & Audit Exec is responsible for organising and overseeing internal audits in accordance with the audit schedule,ensuring all areas remain compliant in respect of all current legislative,regulatory and contractual requirements.
The Compliance & Audit Exec will oversee the candidate documentation review process then make any necessary recommendations to change policies,implement new systems and/or ways of working.
The Compliance & Audit Exec will effectively and proactively manage candidate Entitlement to Work as per compliance requirements and government legislation.
The role of the Compliance & Audit Exec ultimately helps the company fulfil their obligations to international and government compliance.
- Working knowledge of UK Entitlement to Work legislation.
- Experience of leading,supervising and coaching members of staff
- Results driven and able to work towards targets
- Self-motivated with good planning and organising skills
- Able to analyse data and present recommendations
- Quality focused with excellent attention to detail
